Over 9+ years, her trajectory took her from HR Coordinator to National Corporate Recruiter, to HR Generalist, HR Manager, and Senior Regional HR Manager, before ultimately serving as Director of HR for North America at an international organization.
Metis HR Consulting was founded in direct response to a crisis Nicole watched unfold across organizations of every size: a significant rise in HR burnout and turnover creating dangerous liability gaps — often with no one in the room qualified to see them.
